Bender + Wirth COB Holder Hybrid 631a Hekla XL
The Bender + Wirth Hybrid Holder 631a Hekla XL is a professional COB holder for reliable, solderless contacting of compatible COB LEDs and for easy connection of suitable Hekla XL optics.
The holder combines electrical contacting, mechanical fixing and optical interface in a flat component with a height of only 5.5 mm. This makes it particularly suitable for compact COB luminaires where clean assembly, reliable connection and flexible optic selection are required.
Advantages of the 631a Hekla XL COB Holder
Solderless contacting via push-in terminals reduces assembly effort and supports reproducible processing in development, prototyping and series production. Tinned wires with 0.35 mm², 0.5 mm² or 0.75 mm² (AWG22/AWG20/AWG18) and solid wires with 0.5 mm² (AWG20) can be connected. Compatible secondary optics from various manufacturers can be integrated via the B+W Hekla XL interface.
