Shipping Costs
- EU and Switzerland: €13.90**
- Germany: Free shipping from 89 €, otherwise 5,70 €*
- Rest of the world: €39.90**
*Surcharge for small quantities under 20 € order value: 2 € (will be added directly to the shipping costs)
**Import duties and other levies or charges are not included here
Delivery Times
- Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day*.
- 70% within 24 h at the recipient (dispatch with DHL, DPD or GLS) within Germany
*Availability is shown for each product on the item detail page. These delivery times may not apply or may change if, for example, another customer orders and pays for a larger quantity or a remaining item more quickly between the time you place your order and the time you pay, or if suppliers correct their delivery times. If it is foreseeable that the stated delivery time cannot be met, we will inform you of this by e-mail or telephone.
There is no delivery for standard and express items on weekends. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Articles Not in Stock
Orders containing non-deliverable or limited-deliverable items will be delivered as soon as all items are in stock. Partial deliveries are possible upon request. Additional shipping costs may be incurred for this if the non-deliverability was already indicated before the order was placed. In the event of unforeseeable delays in delivery, we will bear the costs for partial deliveries.
Bulky Goods, Freight Forwarding Goods or Other Special Articles
For products which, due to their size (edge length over 120 cm), weight (over 32 kg), potential danger or other characteristics, cannot be shipped via a standard shipping route with a common transport company, we reserve the right to determine and offer the final shipping costs specifically and on a daily basis after receipt of the order.
