  1. How do I attach the PCB with the adhesive pad to a heat sink?
    First remove the protective film from one side of the adhesive pad, attach it to the PCB and remove the second protective film. Then simply attach the PCB to the heat sink.

  2. What is the thermal performance of the adhesive pad?
    Thanks to a thermal conductivity of >0.6 W/mK, it offers excellent thermal performance and ensures that the heat generated during operation is efficiently dissipated.

  3. Is the adhesive pad electrically insulating?
    Yes, in addition to thermal conduction, it also offers excellent electrical insulation and contributes to the safe functioning of your LED PCB
