The excellent mixing ratio and outstanding thermal conductivity make it the ideal solution for a wide range of applications

Properties of the heat conductive adhesive

Fischer Elektronik's thermal conductive adhesive provides an excellent solution for the heat dissipation of electronic components. Whether metals, glass, ceramics or plastics, this product can be safely applied to many different materials.

  • :1 mixing ratio for optimum performance
  • Working range from -50° C to +145° C
  • Curing time: approx. 16 hours at room temperature, 4 hours at 60° C
  • Further processing after approx. 4-6 hours depending on the layer thickness
  • Processing time at room temperature approx. 30 min
  • Note: For maximum efficiency, use the thermal conductive adhesive sparingly. Although its thermal conductivity is better than air, it does not come close to that of the heat sink. The more contact the component to be cooled has with the heat sink, the more effective the heat conduction. Pay attention to the correct mixing ratio to ensure effective curing
