The FlexMatrix576 LED module from LUMITRONIX combines 576 LEDs, a flexible design and an exceptionally variable segment concept on just 180 x 180 mm. The light surface consists of 36 individually separable modules, each with 16 LEDs. Even these segments can be further divided in the middle and operated separately. This allows the LED surface to be precisely adapted to individual luminaire shapes, limited installation spaces and customer-specific lighting concepts.
With a colour temperature of 5700 K, the FlexMatrix576 produces a clear, daylight white light. It is powered easily with 24 V constant voltage. This makes the module particularly suitable for individual luminaire developments, area lighting, special shapes, prototypes and professional lighting solutions with special geometric requirements.
Flexible LED matrix for individual shapes
The special advantage of the FlexMatrix576 lies in its mechanical and electrical flexibility. The 180 x 180 mm basic module can be used as a contiguous LED surface or divided according to the respective design.
The total of 36 segments, each with 16 LEDs, can be separated from each other and then operated individually. For even smaller light surfaces, each segment can also be divided in the middle. This creates numerous possibilities to position LEDs within a luminaire exactly where light is needed.

Instead of adapting the design of a luminaire to a rigid LED module, the FlexMatrix576 can be configured to suit the project. Individual areas can be separated, arranged spatially separately and supplied with voltage separately. This facilitates the development of unusual luminaire geometries and enables a targeted distribution of light sources.
Thanks to the additional divisibility of the individual 16-LED segments, the FlexMatrix576 is also suitable for narrow, angled or differently sized light areas. This makes the module an interesting basis for design luminaires, technical lighting, light surfaces and customised special solutions.
24 V LED module for versatile projects
The FlexMatrix576 is operated with 24 V constant voltage and can therefore be easily integrated into suitable 24 V systems. Depending on the desired arrangement, the entire module, individual 16-LED segments or appropriately separated partial areas can be used.
The combination of compact LED arrangement, flexible carrier material and finely segmentable structure opens up additional design possibilities, especially for the development of individual luminaires. The light source and luminaire shape can thus be matched to each other much more precisely.
